    • What payment methods do you accept?

      You can pay for your costumes at the checkout using Mastercard, Visa, bank deposit or PayPal. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express, Diners, Cheques or Cash. We do not take credit or debit card details by email or over the phone, you must enter your card details directly on our secure website during checkout.
    • Where do you ship to?

      Costumes AU will ship your fancy dress purchase worldwide. All items are posted from our Melbourne warehouse.
    • What can I do if I want to change my order?

      If you want to make a change to your order, please contact us.

  • DELIVERY

    • How much is postage?

      We offer Flat Rates within Australia, $8.5 Australia Express Post.
    • How long will it take to receive my order?

      All Costumes AU orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia within 12 hours. Postage will then take 1-3 days within Australia for express parcel delivery. International orders are shipped by registeredl and generally arrive within 7-14 working days.
    • Can I pick up my item or arrange my own courier?

      Unfortunately, we do not operate a storefront for public access; as a result, pick up is not available. Due to our streamline warehousing operation, we are unable to accommodate for self arranged courier pick ups.
    • Can I track my parcel?

      Yes, you can track Express Post parcels within 24 hours from the time they are posted. Visit http://www.auspost.com.au/track/ to track your order. Alternatively, contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote your Express Post tracking number to speak to a custmer service representative about your parcel.
    • Do you offer next day delivery?

      All Costumes AU orders will be sent by Australia Post Express Delivery. We cannot guarantee next day delivery as the timing is determined by Australia Post. But we will send your order to you within 12 hours.
    • What delivery method do you use?

      Costumes AU ships all costume orders through Australia Post Express Delivery. International orders are sent via Australia Post International Registered and Express service.
    • Do you post to international addresses?

      Costumes AU will arrange for delivery to any location worldwide. All international orders are sent via Australia Post International Registered service and Express service.
  • RETURNS

    • What is your returns policy?

      We hope that you are very happy with your Costumes online purchase, but sometimes shopping online can be difficult and you may want to make a return. We do exchange or return within 7 days, garments must be unworn and in their original condition.
    • How about the postage and re-stocking fee?

      Postage cost is non-refundable. A re-stocking fee of $8.50 will be deducted from refunds if free shipping was offered for the order.
    • Exchanges:

      We accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase provided the garments are unworn and returned in their original condition. Customer will be requested $8.5 express postage (within Australia) for resending the item. We will post the replacement item once the original has been received at our end. Please contact us first for an 'Exchange Authorization Form' to enclose in the envelope with your items. Our address is located on this form.

    • Returns:

      Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Garments must be unworn and in their original condition. We offer refunds without the express postage we have paid. We will refund using the method of payment that was used to purchase the item once we have received the item. Please allow several days for the refund to appear on your statement. Please contact us first for a 'Return Authorization Form' to enclose in the envelope with your items. Our address is located on this form.

    • How do I return something if I need to?

      First contact us and we'll provide you with a 'Return Authorization Form'. Post this form along with the items back to us and we'll refund your money without the postage we have paid.

    • Can I exchange an item?

      Yes we are happy to exchange an item within 7 days, you will be requested the postage for resending the replacement. Please contact us directly.

    • My item has arrived faulty or damaged, can I return it for replacement or refund?

      Yes, we will be glad to provide a refund or replace your item if it arrives faulty or damaged. You must contact us within 24 hours of having received the item.

    • What information do you collect?

      The only details we collect are gathered on the payment page and our required to process your order. We do not disclose these to any 3rd parties. Please view our Privacy Policy.
    • Is your site secure?

      We have your security covered. Our online security procedure is best practice. We have an SSL certificate which encrypts data for transferring sensitive information.
