I had tried on several dresses at my local costume hire which were mostly ill fitting and in need of an upgrade. Having tried on a similar dress I decided to purchase a dress rather than hire as it was actually less expesive to buy. I don’t do a lot of online shopping and worry about sizing however with only a week to go until the event I was running out of options.
The size guide was very helpful and the dress is true to size. I could possibly have sized down as the dress is a bit loose around the bust (I’m a 12 E) and underarms but that doesn’t effect the overall look of the dress and where I gained fitting on top I may have lost fitting around the hips and bottom.
What I am most impressed about is the ample length of the dress lining as others I had tried on were far too short and barely covered my bottom. It’s a very well made costume.
I ordered the dress right on 3pm Friday and it arrived mid day Monday from Melbourne to Caloundra Queensland.
